Chiropractic
Chiropractic has been shown to be safe and effective in the management of a wide range of neuromusculoskeletal complaints. Chiropractors are trained to assess and diagnose issues with the joints, muscles and nervous system to formulate a treatment plan to help you reach your goals.
Whilst some people will only require a short course of treatment we will also help to support you with ongoing management of chronic conditions and optimal performance.
Shockwave Therapy
Radial Shockwave Therapy has been a recent addition to the clinic. Shockwaves (or radial pressure waves) are a non-invasive treatment method which has been shown to be effective in the treatment of a growing range of musculoskeletal conditions. It has been most commonly used with tendinopathies such as:-
Plantar Fasciitis
Jumpers Knee ( Patellar Tendinopathy)
Tennis Elbow
Golfers' Elbow
Rotator Cuff
Achilles Tendinopathy
Calcific Tendonitis
The acoustic pressure waves produced by the shockwave trigger physiological changes in the tissue which help to promote the body's healing processes. At your initial consultation you will be assessed to determine whether shockwave therapy is suitable for you.

Ear Wax Removal
Our Qualified Nurse Practitioner carries out a procedure known as Ear irrigation. This is a medical procedure used to remove excess or impacted earwax from the ear canal.
Ear irrigation is used to safely eliminate excessive or hardened earwax, which can lead to hearing issues, earache, tinnitus, dizziness, and discomfort.
During ear irrigation, a specialised ear irrigation device is used to gently flush warm water into the ear canal. The water dislodges and flushes out the earwax, which is collected in a basin.
