Laura Steen DC - Principal Chiropractor
Laura graduated from the University of Glamorgan in 2003 with a BSc (Hons) Chiropractic degree. Laura became interested in Chiropractic following treatment for sporting injuries as a keen athlete in her teens. Since embarking on a career as a Chiropractor Laura has gained experience working with both individuals and teams from international athletes to the keen hobbyist. Sports Chiropractic is evermore a part of an athlete's treatment and rehabilitation, with a focus on trying to prevent injury and enhance performance. Laura has found this approach to work well, not just with sports people but in virtually every Chiropractic patient. Since having her own children Laura has taken a more keen interest in pregnancy and paediatric chiropractic, undertaking post-graduate education to help futher her knowledge in this area. Laura is a member of the Scottish Chiropractic Association (SCA), a Licentiate of the Royal College of Chiropractors (RCC) and Sports Faculty member, Laura is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) Reg No 02064
Brenna Strasser DC - Chiropractor
Born in Pennsylvania, Brenna graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Iowa, USA in 2013. Brenna originally started working in Germany before moving to Scotland in 2016. Brenna loves seeing a variety of patients whether thats helping newborns to feed and sleep, getting our athletes back competing or helping people in with the aches and pains that limit their work and daily activities. More recently Brenna has undertaken further post-graduate study in the treatment of Pregnant and Paediatric patients. Brenna also supplements her chiropractic care with Dry Needling techniques. Brenna is a member of the Scottish Chiropractic Association, and registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) Reg No
Nicola Cuthbertson DC - Chiropractor
Originally from Falkirk Nicola was keen to return to her native Scotland on graduating from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. Nicola's interest in chiropractic started after receiving treatment for a sports injury, the approach encouraged her to find out more and ultimately pursue chiropractic as a career. Nicola enjoys working with the variety of people that come to see her for chiropractic care, treatment can be of benefit at any age! Nicola gets a great buzz out of being able to help people get the same benefit from treatment that she experienced. Like Brenna, Nicola utilises Dry Needling techniques to supplement her chiropractic and soft tissue techniques. Sam Lockett - Chiropractor
Graduating from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic with a master of Chiropractic degree. Sam has been lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with and care for people from all walks of life, from high performing local teams and student athletes to post par-tum and geriatric patients.
Sam enjoys working alongside a diverse range of people and for him helping someone through their most vulnerable times and getting them back to doing the things they love is a feeling for him that is unparalleled. Growing up Sam was always around injured athletes and could not help but marvel at the people helping them recover which has led him to where he is today.
Barbara Brown - Massage Therapist
Barbara originally qualified in Swedish Massage in 2010 and then in Sports and Remedial Massage in 2012. Barbara has a further qualification in Hands Free and Orthopaedic Massage. She treats anyone who can benefit from massage and the treatments she carries out are tailored to everyone's individual needs.
Barbara has worked with people ranging from 12-94 years old and is fully insured to treat Professional Athletes. She has found massage to work very well in conjunction with Chiropractic treatment.
Barbara enjoys meeting new people and hearing their stories. She loves getting her patients pain free - it gives her great job satisfaction.
Zoe Hail - Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Ear Wax Removal & Shockwave Therapy
Zoe is a qualified registered nurse. She qualified as a nurse in 2008. Zoe has worked in many areas of nursing including brain injury rehabilitation and stroke but found a passion within general practice. Zoe went on to become a qualified advanced nurse practitioner (ANP) in May 2022. Zoe treats anyone that she thinks will benefit from shockwave therapy. Shockwave therapy is proven to work in conjunction with chiropractic treatment to offer a holistic approach for a patient's needs. Zoe will also be providing ear irrigation services at the clinic and she gets great satisfaction seeing the instant difference patients can experienmce from this!
